These General Conditions of Sale and any contractual relationship between the Company and the Customer are subject to Swiss law only. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. They are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text will be authentic in the event of a dispute.

The exclusive forum is set in Crissier, Switzerland.
